Follow-up on Keith Luke case. Various strange attacks and murders (too many in past month or so) are examined; including two decapitations (preceeded by anti-knife legislation efforts) and at least two bizarre murders near notorious MK-Ultra Centers. At least 3 of the murderers discussed have been under suspicious psychiatric treatment.
